Degree in Engineering /Technology/(Telecom /electronics/CS from a recognized university or passed graduate membership examination of the institute of electronics and telecommunication engineers or master of science (physics) with wireless communications or electronic or radio physics or engineering a s a special subject.
Seven years technical or research experience in operation and administration in the field of telecommunication or intelligence work.
The candidate applying for the post Deputy Secretary shouldn’t exceed the age limit of 56 yrs.
