2) Psychometric Test
Psychometric test will be followed by the online aptitude test conducted by the IBPS. The test will be for duration of 20 minutes. It is to test the personality traits of the candidate. The marks of the test will not be added in the final marks but it is of qualifying nature. It will be considered during the personnal interview and group discussion.
3) Group Discussion
Group discussion is conducted by discussing on a topic. It is conducted to test the language skills and confidence of a candidate .Group discussion will have marks to to be added with the total marks.
4) Personal Interview
There will be a personal interview after all the tests. The candidate is supposed to have a personal talk with the board members. Candidates only have to be honest with themselves and must remember to be polite with the board members.
