Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women affiliated to University of Delhi and funded by Govt. of NCT of Delhi, was established in the year 1989. The College offers B.Sc. (Hons) in Electronics, Instrumentation, Food Technology, Computer Science, Biomedical Science, and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Statistics, Bachelor in Management Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (FIA) and B.A. (Hons.) Psychology.

Deshbandhu College (Evening) now named as Ramanujan College was established in 1958 by the Ministry of Rehabilitation, Government of India, in the memory of Late. Lala Deshbandhu Gupta, a patriot who had dedicated his life to the national freedom struggle. Originally run by the Ministry of Rehabilitation and Education as a men’s college, it has been maintained by the University of Delhi since 1972. In 1994 it opened its doors to women students too.

MATA SUNDRI COLLEGE FOR WOMEN is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. It was established in 1967 and is run by Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management committee in the year 1967. The college is named after Mata Sundri ji, the consort of tenth Guru, Gobind Singh Ji.

Ram Lal Anand College was founded in the year 1964 by Late Shri Ram Lal Anand, a senior advocate in the Supreme Court of India, in response to the growing social demand in the sixties for providing educational opportunities at the university level. The college was initially managed by the Ram Lal Anand College Trust. It was later taken over by the University of Delhi. Since 1973, it has been run by the University of Delhi as a University Maintained Institution.
