St. Anne’s First Grade College for Women (S F G C) Miller Road is founded and managed by the Religious Society of the Sisters of St. Anne, Bangalore. One of the visions of our founder Msgr. Stephen Louis Charbonnaux was to reach out to women and in particular through education to the female children for their empowerment.
The Society had its origin in Bangalore, and its head quarters is situated at #2, Miller Road, in Bangalore city. It has its braches spread all over India, Germany and Africa. The Society is grouped into Provinces in order to facilitate administration. The society responded to the frequent requests of the locals especially by the parents of the St. Mary’s School and St. Anne’s P.U. College and started the First Grade College for Women. The management’s trust is on its founding Charism and the emphasis is on the goals and objectives set for the holistic development of women. This holistic development involves our participation in our nation’s dreams and aspirations. Thus we dedicate ourselves for the promotion of national integration, religious harmony and secularism.
