Former Union minister E Ahamed passes away

Former Union minister and IUML leader E Ahamed, who was widely considered as India's 'unofficial ambassador' to Gulf countries, passed away early today but a row broke out over the presentation of the Union Budget in Parliament in the light of the death of the sitting MP.
