Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched BHIM-Aadhar platform - a biometric-based payment system - in Nagpur. BHIM-Aadhaar Pay app will allow users to make payments through the fingerprint scanner, by authenticating the biometric details of a user with Aadhaar database.
