• 0-3Yrs of experience in IT Access Management.
• Complete user account management including Creation, Password Resets, Amendments and Deletion on the computer systems operated by Allianz.
• Monitoring the queue and work allocation.
• Advise customers on correct authorisation procedures.
• Create and maintain security administration procedures and standards.
• Process access authorisation requests and reset passwords.
• Assist users with access problems and investigate solutions.
• Motivate systems users to comply with information security policies and procedures.
• Provide clear and accurate advice to systems users on correct computer security and access authorisation procedures.
• Develop and maintain security administration standards and procedures.
• Assist IT Project Teams on security matters.
• Continue to seek ways of improving service to customers.
• Adapt plans and procedures where necessary to ensure that Company business objectives are supported.
• Good knowledge of security aspects of all applications that Allianz administer.
• Recognise non-routine security administration requirements, which will have a serious impact on team resource and report them to the Team Leader.
