Trust was formed in the year 2000 under the initiative of Founder Trustee and Chairmanship of Dr. Rajeev Rai with a motto to “Educate a Child in True Sense” and to impart professional degree courses in Computer Applications,Bio-Technology, Microbiology and Nursing to meet the immediate challenges in promoting entrepreneurship and facilitates effective technology transfer to the user.

EMS Memorial Co-operative Hospital, Printalmanna was established to provide modern health care to the general public at affordable cost. This aim was achieved to a great extent. Now the hospital has entered into the field of Nursing and Paramedical education with a motto to impart quality education for the needy as per the fee fixed by Government of Kerala. No capitation fee or any such extra fee is charged from the students, which becomes the high light of our institutions.
Baby Memorial College of Nursing, commenced in the year 2002. The College is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur and is recognised by Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi.
Govt.College of Nursing is situated in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala state of India. Established in 1963, and it is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences. GCN, Thiruvananthapuram offers 5 courses across 1 streams namely Medical and across 4 degrees like B.Sc., Diploma, G.N.M., M.Sc..Hostel facility is not available for its students.
