The Elite Education Society established Little Rose School with the strength of 90 students later on the school was upgraded to X class now the school is running in full swing with the strength of 750.
Little Rose Junior College was established in 2001-2002 with the outstanding results. Little Rose Degree College was started in the year 2002-2003 offering both Arts and Science courses to meet the ever growing need for education in and around Draksharama. Looking into the need for vocational type of education Vocational Junior College was established in the year 2004-05. P.G. Course viz., M.Sc Organic Chemistry stared in the academic year 2006-2007. As there is no teacher training institution in and around Draksharama, the Elite Education Society took up the task of establishing College of Education.
The Little Rose college of Education Draksharama was established on 2002.
The Govt. of Anadra Pradesh issued No Objection in 2001 (G.O.Rt.No 347 dated on 13-06-2005) allotting 100 candidates (both boys and girls for 2004-2005 batch). NCTE granted recognition to Little Rose College of Education from the academic session 2004-2005.(F.AP/B.Ed/SRO/NCTE/2004-2005/585 Dated 10-02-2005). The College is affiliated to Andhra University,Waltair.
The college is located in its own building. The college has laboratories for Physical Science, Mathematics, Social Studies, Physical Education , Psychology, Technology and Languages. It has well equipped computer laboratory with 10 systems. It has Library with 2400 books, 21 Journals and 6 Magazines. Admissions are made on the basis of Statewide Common Entrance Examination.
The college is offering instructions on all Methodology Subjects viz., Mathematics Physical Science, Biological Science, Social Studies, English, Telugu and Special English. The required number of qualified and experienced Lecturers has been appointed as per the rules framed by NCTE, Banglore and Government of Andhra Pradesh. At present VI Batch is running. All the fifth batch students passed out with excellent academic record.
