Hasanath College for Women, a premier educational institution established in the year 1973 and affiliated to Bangalore University has received recognition from the Government of Karnataka and University Grants Commission, New Delhi, offers graduate courses in Arts, Commerce, Science, Management and Computer Applications in addition to Vocational and Job oriented Courses. Further the college offers Post-Graduate Course in Commerce (M.Com).
The college has been established with a vision and objective to train the girls in personality skills, job skills and communicative skills for empowerment. It caters to the aspirations of more than 500 students offering UG, PG, vocational and job oriented courses. The college plans to extend the benefit of training to more students through language lab so as to build the confidence and self esteem to face the job market.
