Sri Hoysala Vidya Samsthe, Nerlige, Davangere Tq. & Dist, was establish in the year 1989-90 with the objective of catering to the educational needs of the children of the downtrodden in the rural areas Davanagere Taluk.
Acedmic year 2004 onwards this vidya Samsthe again introduced Professional Courses of study like Bachelor of Education(B.Ed.) to meet needs of the Society. It is a matter of great pleasure to say that the Govt of Karnataka and N.C.T.E. Southern Region have greated permission for the starting B.Ed. Courses, as our Institution was found to be well equipped with all the infrastructure facilities, vide its No.F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed./2004-05/8642 dated 25-11-2004.
