SNGIST Arts & Science College was established in the year 2006 by Guru Deva Trust as part of its vision to create centers of excellence in higher learning. The Arts & Science College is affiliated to MG University. Initially SNGIST Arts & Science College commenced its operation by offering four M.Sc Courses in Bio Informatics , Biochemistry , Biotechnology and Microbiology . The college has excellent pool of faculty members with academic and research experience. Five UG courses namely, B.Com (Finance and Taxation ), B.Com (Computer-Application), BBA, BCA and B.Sc Microbiology are offered in the campus.
We are happy to inform that the college started functioning in its new campus at Kambivelikkakam, Karumallur P.O from May 15, 2013. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of MG University, Dr.A V George has kindly consented to inaugurate the newly sanctioned UG programme on 3rd July, 2013.
