The College of Physical Education, offers a graduate course in physical education D.P.Ed, (2yrs) B.P.Ed. Degree(2 yrs)
The syllabus of the courses are so designed as to prepare professionally qualified teachers for classroom, as well as, for the playground.
Its degree is accepted by the Government of Karnataka and all other State Governments in India and aboard for the purpose of appointment as teachers in for school, college and university. Having an independent building; the College has its own full-fledge Gymnasium and spacious well nurtured playground of different games with 400m standard Track. The College conducts a six-week long certificate courses in Gym Instructor and yoga.
The University deputes teams of Sports persons of this College for participation in the inter-university and other national as well as international sports tournaments.
