We firmly believe that in an educational institution, academics must be placed at the top. It is with this belief that we are all committed to provide an excellent academic atmosphere to the students. Among other things, the reputation of an educational institution is based largely upon the performance of its students.
I would like to share that my young energetic team is well qualified, hard working and enthusiastic and I am sure the performance of the students, in the years to come, will record an upward trend.
We have an emotional professional bonding at Shyam Lal College (Eve.) and that’s why we call it ‘Shyam Lal Family’. There is full support of faculty members to develop the students’ potential so that they can pursue their chosen course/vocation in future with requisite efficiency and effectiveness.
Our challenge as an institution is that we must channelize our energies to create new skill-sets required for the new generation in order to enhance their learning. Also, the college needs to address the issues that have come up with the increase in intake of students so that proper attention to each and every student becomes possible and students do not find themselves alone in the rice of their education and career.
In terms of Infrastructure in an institution, up-gradation is an ongoing process. I am very optimistic of a bright future of the College
