St Ann’s College, Angamaly was established in the year 2013 with a vision to achieve excellence in higher education with a stress on creativity, personal values and human development to all and especially to the needy and economically weaker sections of the society around us. The college functions as a unit of St Ann’s Educational and Charity Foundation, a charitable organization and the college got its affiliation to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and approved by Govt. of Kerala with permission for conducting five degree courses.
At present , the college is functioning in its own building at ST. ANN’S NAGAR , Angamaly in a five acre campus. The infrastructure of the college is awe inspiring . The newly constructed building with an instructional area of 20000 sq. feet hosts good high tech class rooms with all modern teaching aids and fully equipped computer lab facilities.
Dedicated teachers handle the classes, thoroughly graded study materials are made available to the students, frequent test papers, model exams and counseling, adequate infrastructure like good library, Football ground, Basket ball court, Cricket ground, Badminton Court, meritorious and financially backward students are encouraged by providing scholarships by the management, a fully functional placement cell etc are the salient features of the college. In addition to academic matters the college will assist the students to make their mark in extra curricular activities such as NSS, different clubs etc. and thereby mould their personality.
