10 men can complete a project in 12 days, 12 children can complete the same project in 16 days and 8 women can complete the same project in 20 days. 5 men and 12 children started working on the project.     1 woman will complete the work

    =8×20=160 days

    =12×16=192 days

    ∴Remaining work = 1-5/12=7/12

    ∴ 5 men + 4 women + 4 children will complete the remaining work = 7/12÷[5/120+4/160+4/192]

    =7/12÷[1/24+1/40+1/48]

    =7/12÷10+6+5/240=7/12×240/21

    = 20/3= 6 2/3 days
