Let the speed of boat in still water be 7x and the speed of stream be x respectively.
In upstream
4.2÷14/60= 7x-x
42×60/14×10 = 6x
x=3 km/h
Now in downstream,
Required time = 17.6/(21+3) = 176/24×10
= 44 hour ⇒ (44/60×60) min = 44 min
