Amount received by A = x/2+40
Amount received by B = 3x/8-120
According to question,
⇒x-[x/2+40]-[3x/8-120]=200
⇒8x-4x-3x/8 - 40+120=200
⇒x/8=200-80
⇒x=120×8
⇒x=INR 960/-
