In row-2, A,B,C,D,E and F are seated (but not necessarily in the same order) and all of them are facing north. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement, each member seated in a row faces another member of the other row.

B faces one who sits third to the right of Q. Only three people sit between Q and N. R is neither an immediate neighbour of N nor Q. One of the immediate neighbours of R faces F. Only three people sit between F and the one who faces O. A sits second to the left of the one facing M. C is not an immediate neighbour of B. N does not face E.
