Venkaiah Naidu Inaugurated the 3-day Visakha Utsav in Visakhapatnam

The three-day Visakha utsav (fete) begins on Friday to showcase the potential of the city and to promote tourism, especially after the havoc wrought by Hudhud cyclone last year, according to State HRD Minister G. Srinivasa Rao.
