Centre has declared Assam under AFSPA for a month 

The centre has declared Assam under Armed Forces Special Powers Act pointing out activities by the groups ULFA,NDFB and others.Centre has also declared Meghalaya's border adjoining Assam and three more districts of Arunachal Pradesh.
