Madhya Pradesh to Join with IIT-Kharaghpur to develop Happiness Index

Madhya Pradesh has joined with IIT Kharaghpur to develop the happiness index of the state.The survey will start by next year and by  the end of 2018 the citizens will get to know how happy they are in Madhya Pradesh.
