SC rejects PIL regarding menstruation leave

The Supreme Court received a Public Interest Lawsuit about menstrual leave. The Supreme Court first agreed to consider the PIL and stated that it would "hear it in a week." Recently, nevertheless, the SC declined to hear the PIL. According to SC, adopting legislation or making judgements about these leaves will discourage women from finding employment.
