Rajdhani College was established in 1964 by the Delhi Administration in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi under the name of Government College and was renamed as Rajdhani College when the Delhi administration vested its governance in an autonomous Governing Body. Established in the year 1994 and is wholly funded by Government of NCT, Delhi. It started functioning from a school building in Keshavpuram with just two courses to begin with namely B.Com (H) and B.Sc. (Gen) with Computer Science. Gradually course like B.Sc. (H) Electronics, B.Sc.(Gen) Mathematical Science, PGDCA and B.Sc.(H) Computer Science were added.
