Ettumanoorappan College is a self-financing co-educational College affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. The Founder President of the college is Late Mr. N Ramakrishna Pillai (Retd. Headmaster). It was established in 1995 and is owned by Ettumanoor Education Society, which is registered under the Charitable Societies Act 1985.
